The course will be delivered through interactive online lectures, case studies, role-plays, group discussions, and practical exercises. Students will have the opportunity to practice communication techniques in simulated ICU scenarios and receive feedback from mentors and peers. Real-life examples and case studies will be used to illustrate concepts and enhance learning in year 2.
