1) Pitch Your Course
Submit a concise proposal that covers:
Course title & audience (e.g., “Quantitative research methods”)
Learning outcomes (5–8 measurable competencies)
Syllabus (modules, assessments, practicum/fieldwork if applicable)
Evidence base (guidelines, protocols, references)
Delivery mode (asynchronous, live cohorts, hybrid)
Duration & workload (e.g., 6 weeks, ~30 hours)
Credential (certificate/micro‑credential/CPD points)
Review & Approval: Our academic panel evaluates fit, rigor, and community impact. If approved, we’ll schedule your launch and support onboarding.
2) Revenue Share
You receive 60% of the course's net income
We retain 40% to cover platform, administration, learner support, QA, and compliance
Payouts occur on a regular schedule with transparent analytics dashboards
3) Grants to Make Courses Free
If you aim to provide scholarships or make your course free for learners in priority communities:
Indicate this in your pitch
We will work with you to apply for grants or philanthropic support
Where feasible, we’ll co‑fund or connect you to sponsors to remove learner fees
🏢 NGO Partnership Track
We offer a dedicated pathway for NGOs to host and deliver their training:
Nominal administration fee to cover platform, compliance, and learner support
Co‑branding available (NGO + Vaka)
Access to our recruitment network to reach nurses across regions
Optional evaluation and impact reporting

Adhere to data privacy, ethical practice, and local regulatory requirements
